Circle H is a dirt work and site work company in Paris, Texas. We work across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas, and further when a customer needs us. We pay well. Full-time crew members earn paid holidays after the introductory period and paid time off after their first year. Per diem and company-paid lodging on qualifying out-of-town jobs.
Our motto is “You’re never done learning!” New hands get taught, and experienced hands get room to move up.
Who we hire
Anybody can show up on a nice day. We hire the ones who show up on the hard ones. We’ll be straight with you: this work is hard, and it isn’t for everybody. The roads, ponds and pads you build here will be there long after you. We’ll teach you the skills, but we can’t teach want-to. Circle H is family and veteran owned, with room to grow as far as your work takes you.
- Equipment operators: dozer, excavator, track loader, roller and motor grader
- Laborers: pipe, grade checking, erosion control and general site work
- CDL drivers: dump trucks and lowboy hauling
