“Great job, professional workmanship. Did the job in the time frame we were told it would be done”
Where the Piney Woods start
Mt Pleasant is the Titus County seat, about 50 miles southeast of Paris on US-271 where it meets I-30. Head south and east of town and the land gets more wooded, which is why clearing is the first step on most residential jobs here, and lakes like Bob Sandlin draw people building homes and cabins on tree-covered lots.
Wooded lots take more planning: choosing which trees to save, clearing just enough room for the house, drive and septic, then grading so the site drains. Along I-30 and the city’s commercial areas, we also bid site work, subgrade and utility jobs for builders.
Common Mt Pleasant-area projects
- Selective clearing of wooded home and lake lots
- Stump grinding and limbing up trees you keep
- House pads on cleared lots
- Gravel driveways through wooded property
- Commercial site work and utilities
Getting to you: Mt Pleasant is about 50 miles southeast of our Paris shop via US-271.
