Privacy Policy

Circle H Dirt Work & Excavation LLC (“we”) uses the information you submit through our estimate forms (name, phone, email, property address, project details) only to respond to your request and provide estimates and services. We do not sell your information.

Form submissions are emailed to Circle H through an email delivery service and kept for our business records. Job applications go through EasyApply and are covered by its privacy terms. We don’t run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site right now. If we add them later, we’ll update this page.

While you fill in one of our forms, your answers are kept in your own browser tab (not on our servers) so nothing is lost if a page reloads; they’re cleared once your request is sent. The price calculator sends only your job details (no contact info) to our server to work out the range.

Grade the Pad high scores: if you choose to add a score, we store the 3 letter initials you enter, your score, and your time, and show them on the public High Scores page. Don’t enter your real name or personal information. We may remove any entry at any time.
