Straight answers on how we price
Bigger jobs cost less per unit
Every crew has to load up and haul machines to your place, so small jobs carry more of that cost per acre or per yard. That’s why 1,000 cubic yards costs much less per yard than 100.

- Imported fill / house pads: from $5,625

Prices include material. Veterans and first responders get 5% off on residential work, taken last (one discount per job). The calculator gives a range, not a bid: things like access, soft ground, tree size and what you want done with debris can move the price, so the final price comes after a free site visit.
Bigger jobs show a wider range, because more can change on a big site. Jobs over 10 acres, heavy dozer clearing over 5 acres, ponds over 1,000 cubic yards, over 10,000 cubic yards of dirt, or around $150,000 and up get a free site visit instead of a calculator price.
Stormwater / erosion control is an optional add-on in the calculator. Sites disturbing 1 acre or more (or part of a larger development) may need erosion controls and a state stormwater plan. Not included unless you check the stormwater add-on. Ask us whether your site needs a stormwater plan. Some farm and ranch work may be exempt from stormwater permit rules. We’ll help you check before work starts.
